【摘要】 目的探讨舒适护理在减轻重症急性胰腺炎患者痛苦,促进康复中的作用。方法对54例中西医结合治疗的重症急性胰腺炎患者舒适护理进行回顾分析。结果本组1例带有基础疾病、病情凶险,因经济原因,家属拒绝治疗,自动出院;1例患者死亡;其他52例均治愈出院。结论加强中西医结合治疗重症急性胰腺炎患者的舒适护理和病情观察,可以减轻患者痛苦,减少并发症,提高临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the role of comfort nursing in reducing pain and promoting rehabilitation in patients with severe acute pancreatitis.Methods Fifty-four cases with severe acute pancreatitis who received comfort nursing were retrospectively analyzed.Results There was one patient with underlying diseases and dangerous condition.The family refused to take the treatment for economic reasons,and left the hospital. One case died.Conclusion Strengthening comfort nursing for patients with severe acute pancreatitis by integrating traditional Chinese and western medicine can reduce patients’ pain,decrease complications and improve clinical efficacy.更多还原
