【摘要】 目的观察芒硝外敷在糖尿病足患者中的应用效果,探讨其作用机制。方法回顾性总结芒硝外敷组和无药物外敷组的糖尿病足患者的临床资料,分析2组数据的基线数据,比较2组的治疗有效率、截肢率和平均住院天数和平均治疗费用,测定2组治疗前后的踝肱指数,神经传导速度。结果 2组患者的基线数据具有可比性。2组治疗显效率、平均住院天数、平均治疗费用有显著差异,但无效率和截肢率有差异,但无统计学意义,2组患者治疗前后的踝肱指数有统计学差异,神经传导速度有差异,但无统计学意义。结论在糖尿病足综合治疗方案中加入芒硝外敷能提高糖尿病足的治愈率,明显缩短糖尿病足的平均住院天数,降低治疗费用,其机制可能和芒硝促进肿胀消退,改善局部血供有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of external application treatments on diabetic foot and to analyze the effect of mirabilite on the patients of diabetic foot,so as to explore the function of mirabilite.Methods The clinical data of two randomized groups was summarized.One group used external application of mirabilite and the other group did′t use any external medicine.The basic data of the two groups were analyzed,their cure rates,amputation rates,therapy days,and average cost were compared,and the ankle brachial index and the speed of nerve peroneus communis of the patients were measured.Results The basic data of two groups had comparability.There were significant differences in the cure rate,therapy days,and average cost.And this difference was not significant in the total effective rate and amputation rate.There was significant difference of the ankle brachial index but no significant difference of the speed of nerve peroneus communis between the two groups.Conclusion Use of the external application of mirabilite in the combined therapy on diabetic foot can improve the cure rate,shorten the course,reduce the cost more than the strategy of external application of the mixed medicine.It may be connected with the effect of mirabilite to promote detumescence and improve the ankle brachial index.更多还原
