【摘要】 目的探导患者发生压疮的所有危险因素,并判断其发生危险的程度,采取相应的预防措施,合理使用护理资源,提高压疮预防的有效性及护理质量。方法应用Braden计分表对30例重症患者实施压疮风险评估,采用自身对照法,对评分≤12分的患者进行分析,观察和比较评价各项相关指标干预前后的压疮风险、生命质量指标变化情况。结果 30例患者3周后Braden评分、生命质量各指标差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 3周后干预措施,能够有效的预防压疮,提高生命质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore patients facing all risk factors for pressure sores,and determine the extent of danger to take appropriate preventive measures,the rational use of nursing resources and improve the effectiveness of pressure ulcer prevention and quality of care.Methods Braden score sheet for patients with 30 cases of severe pressure sore risk assessment,the use of self-control method,score≤ 12 points were analyzed,observed and compared before and after intervention evaluation of relevant indicators of pressure ulcer risk and the changes of quality of life indicators Changes.Results After 3 weeks in 30 patients Braden score,quality of life indicators were significantly different of all(P<0.05).Conclusions Intervention after weeks can effectively prevent pressure sores and improve the quality of life.更多还原
