【摘要】 右美托咪定是高效、高选择性的肾上腺素α₂受体激动药,具有镇痛作用和剂量依赖性镇静作用。右美托咪定可单独应用,也可与咪达唑仑、丙泊酚或阿片类药物合用,对呼吸抑制作用小。右美托咪定已在辅助检查、各科手术、ICU等临床领域应用,具有良好的镇静、镇痛效果,且可减少常规镇痛药和镇静药的用量,与其他麻醉、镇痛、镇静药物没有配伍禁忌。本文综述了右美托咪定的药效学、药动学,以及临床研究、药物经济学等方面的研究新进展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Dexmedetomidine is a strong potent and highly selectiveα₂-adrenergic receptor agonist. Clinical practices demonstrate that it has sedative as well as analgesia effects and dosages dependence.It can be used alone or combined with midazolam,propofol or opioids resulting in decreasing the needs of other sedatives and analgesic drugs.Dexmedetomidine has been used in many clinical fields,such as anxiliary examination, various surgeries,ICU etc.,with good sedative and analgesic effect.It has no incompatibility with other anesthesia,analgesic and sedative drugs.The progresses of dexmedetomidine,such as pharmacodynamics, pharmacokinetics,indications,recent clinical trials and pharmacoeconomics,are reviewed in this paper.更多还原
