【摘要】 目的:对于早期结肠癌的检查,通过低张气钡双对比造影(DCBE)图像与纤维结肠镜检查图像对比观察,分析气钡双对比结肠造影在检出早期结肠癌中的价值。方法:20例经病理证实早期结肠癌病例,采用低张气钡双对比造影方法,实时点片。常规纤维结肠镜检查。结果:Ⅰ型11例,Ⅱa型6例,混合型1例,LST型2例,对比观察造影像及内镜像表现。结论:正确运用气钡双对比造影检查,对早期结肠癌的显示有较大价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Through the correlative study of double-contrast barium enema(DCBE) and endoscopy,to study the value of double-contrast barium enema.Methods:Twenty patients with histologically proven early colorectal carcinoma underwent double-contrast barium enema and endoscopy.Results:Type Ⅰ included 11 cases,type Ⅱa 6 cases,mixed type 1 case,type LST 2 cases.The manifestations of double-contrast barium enema and endoscopy were analyed.Conclusion:Master the correct technology of double-contrast enema will be possible to obtain high quality films that may indicate the lesions clearly.更多还原
