【摘要】 目的:总结分析未见明显肿块及钙化的乳腺癌的CR表现,以期提高认识,减少误漏诊。方法:对经手术及病理证实,而钼靶CR摄片未见明显肿块及钙化的21例乳腺癌进行回顾性分析。结果:病变位于右侧12例,左侧9例;局限性结构紊乱11例,非对称性密度增高8例,星芒征2例;肯定诊断5例,可疑诊断7例,误诊7例,漏诊2例,误漏率42.8%。结论:未见明显肿块及钙化的乳腺癌的主要表现是结构紊乱、非对称性密度增高、星芒征。诊断此类不典型乳腺癌时,要重视临床触诊,双乳摄片对照比较,注意观察间接征象,并结合超声及穿刺活检等其他检查。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the manifestations of breast cancers without obvious mass and calcification in order to raise awareness as well as to reduce the risk of misdiagnosis for this disorder.Methods:21 patients with breast cancer,who exhibited no obvious mass and calcification on CR mammography and were confirmed by surgery and pathology,were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Lesions were located on the right side in 12 cases and left in 9 cases.There were 11 cases presenting with limitations of structural disorder,8 cases with the increase in non-symmetry density,and 2 cases with astral sign.In all,5 cases were positively diagnosed,7 cases were suspected,7 cases were misdiagnosed,and 2 cases were missed diagnosis.The rate of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis was 42.8%.Conclusion:Breast cancer without obvious mass and calcification is mainly presented with structural disorder,increase in non-symmetry density,and astral sign.In the diagnosis of such a kind of atypical breast cancer,much more attention should be paid to clinical palpation.Radiography on bilateral breast should be compared to observe the indirect signs and combined with ultrasound,biopsy,and other checks so as to improve the diagnostic rate.更多还原
