【摘要】 目的:胰腺囊腺瘤属于少见的胰腺良性囊性肿瘤,文章中探讨胰腺囊腺瘤的CT表现,提高对该病的诊断水平。方法:回顾性分析20例经手术病理证实的胰腺囊腺瘤患者的CT表现,总结其特征性表现。结果:胰腺囊腺瘤好发于中老年女性,20例患者均呈单囊或多囊状改变,囊大小不等,无明显特异性。单囊14例,多囊6例,4例囊内有分隔,见壁结节4例,2例见有点状、泥沙状钙化,1例伴有胆结石,1例肾囊肿,1例肝囊肿,1例伴有脾脏炎性假瘤。结论:胰腺囊腺瘤在CT检查中有一定的特异性,表现典型者可做出明确诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Pancreatic cystadenoma is a rare tumor among the cystic pancreatic lesions.This study aimed to explore the CT findings of pancreatic cystadenoma and to improve the diagnostic level of the disease.Methods:We retrospectively analyzed the CT findings of 20 cases of pancreatic cystadenoma confirmed by surgery and pathology.Results:Most lesions occurred in middle aged women.All the 20 cases exhibited single or multiple cystic lesions of different sizes,in which 14 cases prosented with single cyst and 6 cases with multiple cysts,4 cases with internal septation,4 cases with papillary projection of the inner wall,2 cases with punctuated or sand-like particle calcification,1 case combined with gallstone,1 case combined with renal cyst,1 case combined with hepatic cyst,and 1 case combined with inflammatory pseudotumor of spleen.Conclusion:Pancreatic cystadenoma has specific characteristics in CT and can be distinctively diagnosed in typical appearance cases.更多还原
