超声“萤火虫”技术在乳腺肿瘤诊断与鉴别诊断中应用价值初探

【摘要】 目的:应用超声"萤火虫"技术对乳腺肿瘤内微钙化显示的灵敏度、特异性、正确性进行初步研究,探讨超声"萤火虫"技术对乳腺肿瘤内微钙化的临床应用价值,旨在提高乳腺良恶性肿瘤的诊断与鉴别诊断水平。方法:对80例乳腺肿瘤患者常规进行灰阶超声检查、观察肿瘤的大小、形态、边界及回声,然后启动"萤火虫"技术重点观察钙化灶的显示情况,以评价该技术显示乳腺肿块内微小钙化的能力及影响因素,并对钙化的良恶性倾向进行评判。结果:80例乳腺肿瘤患者中,病理证实乳腺癌66例,良性肿瘤14例(其中乳腺纤维腺瘤9例,乳头状瘤5例);66例乳腺癌中均检出微钙化灶;14例乳腺良性肿瘤中2例检出微钙化灶。超声"萤火虫"技术显像与常规灰阶超声对乳腺肿瘤内部微钙化检出的灵敏度分别为96.97%,83.33%;特异度分别为85.71%,85.71%;准确性分别为95.00%,83.75%。结论:超声"萤火虫"技术对乳腺肿瘤内微钙化的敏感性高,可使灰阶图像无法辨认的小钙化清晰显示。

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the sensitivity and specificity of the microcalcifications in breastnodules by firefly-technology,explore firefly-technology diagnostic value for microcalcifications in breastnodules,to identify the significance between breast benign and malignant ailment.Methods:The breastnodules of 80 patients were examined with gray-scale imaging and firefly-technology respectively before operation.The firefly-technology results of 80 cases with breastnodules proved by operation pathological were analyed.Results:In these with breastnodules,the breastcancer were 66 cases with microcalcifications;benign nodules of breast were 2 cases with microcalcifications,12 cases withoutmicrocalcifications.Firefly-technology’s sensitivity rate was 96.97%,the specificity rate was 85.71% and the accuracy was 95.00%;The gray-scale imaging ’s sensitivity rate was 83.33%,the specificity rate was 85.71% and the accuracy was 83.75%.Conclusion:The firefly-technology have high detection rate of breastnodules calcification,and the firefly technology can show the calcification more clearly,distinguish the suspicious calcification and exhibit the calcification which can not be identified by gray-scale imaging technology.
