【摘要】 目的:了解AS患者血清和骶髂关节中结缔组织生长因子(CTGF)的表达情况。方法:选择30例AS患者和20名健康志愿者,分为AS组和健康对照组。采用ELISA法检测两组的血清CTGF水平,AS组患者行CT引导下骶髂关节细针穿刺活组织检查术,组织标本应用免疫组织化学染色检测CTGF的表达情况。结果:AS组骶髂关节组织的CTGF在血管翳炎症细胞及骨髓细胞的胞浆中高度表达,其阳性细胞数为(57.9±42.4)/HP,明显多于正常骶髂关节组织(2.7±2.5)/HP(P<0.05),AS组血清CTGF水平略低于健康对照组,但比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:AS骶髂关节中存在CTGF的高表达,提示CTGF可能在AS关节软骨纤维化、关节强直中起重要的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the expression of connective tissue growth factor(CTGF) in serum and sacroiliac joint(SIJ) of patients with ankylosing spondylitis(AS).Methods:A total of 30 patients with AS and 20 healthy volunteers were enrolled,and divided into AS group and healthy control group,respcctively.The serum level of CTGF was detected by ELISA.CT guided needle biopsy on SIJ was performed on patients in AS group.Expression of CTGF in the SIJ sample of AS patients was determined by immunohistochemical assay,and compared with that in normal SIJ tissue.Results:Signficantly higher expression of CTGF was revealed in SIJ tissue sample of AS group according to immunohistochemical study than normal SIJ tissue[(57.9±42.4)/HP vs(2.7±2.5)/HP,P<0.05],while no significantly difference in serim CTGF detected between the two groups.Conclusion:CTGF is highly expressed in SIJ of AS patients and may play an important role in articular cartilage fibrosis and ossification.更多还原
