【摘要】 采用热裂解-气相色谱-质谱联用(Py-GC/MS)技术,在卷烟燃烧过程中3个代表性温度300、600、900℃下对大黄浸膏的热裂解产物进行了研究。结果表明:300、600、900℃裂解温度下检测到的挥发性热裂解产物分别为20、36、39种,主要是醛类、酮类和呋喃类物质,这些物质是构成卷烟香味的重要成分,大黄浸膏能赋予卷烟一种特殊的自然风味。更多还原

【Abstract】 An experimental study of the Rhei Radix Et Rhizoma extract pyrolysis has been performed with the pyrolysis apparatus,the pyrolysis products was detected with the gas chromatograph-mass spectrometry(GC/MS).The conditions was approximated to those occurring in the pyrolysis region of the burning cigarette,the pyrolysates were investigated in 9%O2(in N2) at three temperature levels of 300 ℃,600 ℃ and 900 ℃,respectively.The results showed that: there were 20 kinds of prolysates at 300 ℃,36 kinds at 600 ℃,39 kinds at 900 ℃.Under different conditions,the prolysates from the extraction of Rhei Radix Et Rhizoma were aldehydes,ketones and furans.Most of the prolysates were the important components in cigarette smoke.The Rhei Radix Et Rhizoma extract could put a special natural flavor to cigarette.更多还原
