【Abstract】 According to the exemplification,the paper explains lots of problem which exist in the past works of collation and annotation to the book——Neijing.It has divided into nine sorts: It can’t implement the history idea and explain the words improperly;It is not familiar with the peculiar significant words in the past and explain the words improperly;It corrects and explains the words improperly for it can’t totally understand the appearances of words changing in the process of copy as well as changes in its body shape;It changes the idea secretly and doesn’t pay much attention to exemplification when they verified and explained the words;It can’t appreciate the rhetorical devices in the past and explain the words improperly;It can’t judge the words grammatically and explain the words improperly;It can’t pursue in principles of medical science and correct and explain the words improperly;It can’t understand annotation and publishing style in the past and explains the words improperly;It can’t comprehend the interchangeability of words and catch the meaning of words literally.更多还原
