【摘要】 文章从姚荷生老先生数千份的医案中,筛选出636例治疗以咳嗽为主症的医案为分析对象,建立咳嗽医案数据库;以SAS系统中的Enterprise Miner为平台,应用关联规则分析技术探索姚荷生遣方用药的规律和辨证施治的特点。研究结果显示,分析结果既符合临床用药实际,也体现了姚老独特的辨证思路和用药配伍规律。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper selectes 636 cases with cough as the chief symptom from thousands of Yao He-sheng medical records,then establishes a cough cases database.Using SAS Enterprise Miner as a platform to explore the implication rules for compatibility of medicines and treatment based on syndrome differentiation by association rules technology.The results showes that the analysis is in line with the actual clinical using,also reflects the dialectical Yao he-sheng’s unique ideas and TCM composition rules.更多还原
