【摘要】 目的:观察瘀达舒方治疗Trousseau综合征的临床疗效。方法62例恶性实体瘤伴随Trousseau综合征患者随机分为瘀达舒加华法林纳组(治疗组34例),华法林纳组(对照组28例),进行对照观察。结果治疗组治疗后凝血指标D-二聚体(D-di-mer)、纤维蛋白原(Fbg)明显低于治疗前(P<0.05)及明显低于对照组治疗后(P<0.01);治疗组治疗后凝血酶原时间(PT)、部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)比治疗前明显延长(P<0.05或P<0.01)及明显优于对照组治疗后(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论瘀达舒方对Trousseau综合征具有一定的客观疗效,主要表现在稳定病情、提高生存质量及改善患者的凝血与抗凝血平衡紊乱状态。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective:to observe Yuda Shu treat blood stasis of Trousseau syndrome in the clinical efficacy.Methods:62 Trousseau syndrome patients with malignant solid tumor were randomly divided into treatment group of Yuda Shu and warfarin(34 patients),and control group of warfarin(28 patients),to Contrast therapeutic effect.Results:the treatment group clotting index D-dimers(D-dimer),fibrinogen(Fbg) obviously lower than before treatment(P < 0.05),and lower significantly than control group(P < 0.01);The treatment group prothrombin time(PT),part of the coagulation time(APTT) live enzyme was significantly longer than before treatment(P < 0.05),and longer than control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Yuda Shu have certain objective curative effect in Trousseau syndrome,it displays in stable condition,to improve quality of life and to improve the patient’s blood coagulation and anticoagulant balance of disorder.更多还原
