【摘要】 目的:观察鼓室内注射地塞米松治疗突发性聋的效果和不良反应。方法:将42例患者分为治疗组和对照组各21例,治疗组鼓室内注射地塞米松,对照组静脉滴注地塞米松,比较两组疗效。结果:治疗组痊愈6例,显效7例,有效4例,无效4例,总有效率81%;对照组痊愈3例,显效6例,有效2例,无效10例,总有效率52.4%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:鼓室内注射地塞米松治疗突发性聋疗效好,不良反应少,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effect and adverse reactions of intratympanic injection of dexamethasone for treating sudden deafness.Methods:42 patients with sudden deafness were divided into the two groups.The treatment group(21 cases) was treated by intratympanic injection of dexamethasone and the control group(21 cases) by intravenous drip of dexamethasone.The effects were compared between the two groups.Results:In treatment group,6 cases were cured,7 cases were improved prominently,4 cases were improved and 4 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 81%.In control group,3 cases were cured,6 cases were improved prominently,2 cases were improved and 10 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 52.4%.The difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intratympanic injection of dexamethasone for treating sudden deafness has better effect and less adverse reactions and is worthy of being popularized.更多还原
