【摘要】 目的:总结双肾积水的治疗特点。方法:回顾性分析7年来收治68例双肾积水患者的临床资料。结果:结合患者病史、体检及各种影像等资料,68例经病因治疗及引流等方法,肾功能均得到恢复或不同程度改善。结论:双肾积水为双侧输尿管或下尿路梗阻性病变所致。治疗方法是解除梗阻,保护肾功,根据每例患者的不同病因及实际情况选择适当的手术方式及手术时机尤为重要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To summarize the curative properties of bilateral hydronephrosis.Methods:The clinical data in 68 cases of bilateral hydronephrosis in the last 7 years were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Combined with the medical records,physical examination and various imaging data,the renal function in 68 cases was recovered or improved to some degree through drainage and other etiological treatments.Conclusion:Bilateral hydronephrosis is caused by obstructive pathology of bilateral ureters or lower urinary tract.The therapeutic method is to remove the obstruction and protect renal function.Choosing the appropriate operative technique and time according to different pathogenises and the situation of each patient is particularly important.更多还原
