【摘要】 目的:探讨多层螺旋CT(multisice spiral computed tomograph,MSCT)对气管支气管异物诊断的价值。方法:对17例可疑气管支气管异物患者行MSCT平扫及三维重建,并与支气管镜下手术结果对比,分析MSCT对支气管异物的显示情况及诊断价值。结果:17例患者均获清晰图像,与手术基本一致。结论:MSCT及图像后处理技术在气管支气管异物诊断中具有重要的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the value of the multislice spiral CT(MSCT) in the diagnosis of tracheobronchial foreign bodies.Methods:17 patients with suspected tracheobronchial foreign bodies received non-enhanced MSCT scanning.Image post-processing techniques including 3D reconstruction were used to visualize tracheobronchial foreign bodies.Imaging findings were compared with the results of the bronchoscope.Results:All 17 patients gained clear images.Foreign bodies were found at the same position shown by CT and operations in 17 patients.Conclusion:MSCT and imaging post-processing techniques are valuable in judging tracheobronchial foreign bodies.更多还原
