【摘要】 目的:探讨临床医学专业开设临床营养学课程的必要性。方法:采用自填式问卷方式对在校临床及临床相关专业本科生660人、在校医学硕士研究生177人和临床医生219人进行调查。结果:在校本科学生的基础营养得分均高于临床营养知识;参加临床营养学学习后,在校本科学生基础营养知识和临床营养知识得分与未学营养课程学生和参加了卫生学学习的学生比较,均显著增加;在校硕士研究生和临床医生中,除内科外,外科、妇产科及非临床科室专业的临床营养知识得分显著低于儿科。结论:开设临床营养学课程,有利于提高临床医学生综合医疗水平和解决临床实际问题的能力,是必要的,也是必需的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To research and discuss the necessity to offer a course of clinical nutrition in clinical medicine and to make several suggestions.Methods:With self-designed questionnaire,a total of 1056 people including 660 undergraduate students majorying in clinical medicine or relevant specialty,177 medical masters and 219 doctors were selected randomly for survey.Results:There was statistical difference between the undergraduate students′ average score of basic nutrition knowledge and that of clinical nutrition knowledge.The nutrition knowledge average scores of undergraduate students who had clinical nutrition classes was higher than that of those students who did not take nutrition course or who had learned hygiene.The data from masters and doctors showed that the clinical nutrition knowledge average score of gynecology and obstetrics,surgery and paramedical units were lower than pediatrics,except internal medicine.A majority of undergraduate students,masters and doctors agreed that nutrition knowledge learned from school was not adequate to the clinical practice demands,and it was very necessary for medico to offer a course of clinical nutrition.Conclusion:Offering the course of clinical nutrition in clinical medicine is helpful to improving their comprehensive medical skills and their ability of solving clinical problems,so which is very necessary and indispensable.更多还原
