【摘要】 目的:观察长春西汀治疗外伤性蛛网膜下腔出血的临床疗效。方法:将外伤性蛛网膜下腔出血患者90例分为两组,对照组45例仅行腰穿脑脊液置换及常规治疗,治疗组45例在行腰穿脑脊液置换、常规治疗基础上,加用长春西汀治疗,疗程14天。结果:治疗组头痛缓解有效率(93%)高于常规治疗组(71%)(P<0.05)。结论:长春西汀对外伤性蛛网膜下腔出血所致头痛疗效显着,可推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of vinpocetine in the treatment of traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage(TSAH).Methods:90 patients with TSAH were divided into two groups.45 cases in the control group were treated with cerebrospinal fluid(CSF) replacement by lumbar puncture and routine measures.Besides CSF replacement and routine treatment,45 cases in the treatment group were added with vinpocetine for 14 d.Results:The effective rate of headache alleviation was 93% in the treatment group and higher than 71% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Vinpocetine has significant effect in treating headache caused by TSAH,which is worth being popularized.更多还原
