【摘要】 目的:探讨白内障囊外摘出术后晶状体皮质的残留情况与后囊膜混浊(posterior capsule opecification,PCO)的关系。方法:对白内障囊外摘除术后有晶状体皮质残留32例(32眼)进行临床治疗及随访,观察术后残留皮质溶解吸收情况及PCO程度。结果:32眼中,后囊中度混浊以上(3级和2级)3例(9.38%),后囊轻度混浊以下(1级和2级)29例(90.62%)。结论:成熟期白内障术中残留的晶状体皮质大多数可溶解吸收,不会产生明显的PCO。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the residual condition of lens cortex and its relationship with posterior capsular opacification(PCO) after extracapsular cataract extraction(ECCE).Methods:Thirty-two patients(32 eyes) with lens cortex remain after ECCE were given clinical treatment and followed up.The dissolving and absorption conditions and degree of PCO were observed after operation.Results:In 32 eyes,PCO was more than moderate degree(level 3 and 2) in 3 eyes(9.38%) and less than mild degree(level 1 and 0) in 29 eyes(90.62%).Conclusion:The cortex residue in mature stage cataract operation is soluble and absorbable,which does not produce obvious PCO.更多还原
