【摘要】 目的:对比不同术式治疗冠状位劈裂的股骨转子间骨折的临床疗效。方法:2007年1月～2009年12月,42例在我院骨科治疗的冠状位劈裂的转子间骨折的患者,按照冠状位劈裂骨折块是否进行固定分为两组,比较两组手术方法的手术时间、术中出血量,骨折愈合时间及术后患髋功能。结果:所有患者术后均获得3～36个月(平均15.2个月)随访。两种手术方式在手术时间、术中出血量方面差异没有显著性,而在骨折愈合时间和术后关节功能恢复情况方面差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:通过冠状位劈裂的股骨转子间骨折的临床病例分析,认为固定组的疗效要优于未固定组。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the clinical effects of the different operation methods in treating intertrochanteric fracture with coronal split.Methods:42 cases of intertrochanteric fracture with coronal split treated in our orthopedic department from January 2007 to December 2009 were divided into two groups according to whether the coronal splited fracture fragments to be fixed.The operation time,intraoperative bleeding,fracture healing time and postoperative hip function were compared between the two different operation methods in the two groups.Results:All the cases were followed up from 3 months to 36 months with an average of 15.2 months.The two operation methods had no significant differences in the operation time and intraoperative bleeding,but the fracture healing time and postoperative joint function recovery were significantly different between the two operation methods.Conclusion:By clinical cases analysis of intertrochanteric fracture with coronal split,the effects in the fixed groups is superior to the unfixed groups.更多还原
