【摘要】 目的:探讨经外周中心静脉置管(PICC)后导管堵塞的相关因素及护理对策。方法:对本院发生PICC导管堵塞的31例患儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析和总结。结果:PICC后导管堵塞的原因与患儿年龄、置管操作、导管使用、治疗药物、患儿血液高凝状态等因素有关。结论:临床上应根据PICC导管堵塞的发生原因制定相应的护理对策,降低堵管的发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the related factors and nursing care on peripherally inserted central catheters(PICC) occlusion in child.Methods:31 cases of clinical data were collected and analyzed retrospectively.PICC was performed on all the cases and the catheter was blocked during the course of reservation.Results:The reasons of catheter block included age,technique of catheterization,catheter use,drugs and susceptible thrombokinesis,etc.Conclusion:In clinical practice,appropriate nursing measures should be take according to the respective reasons of catheter block to reduce the incidence rate of cathetes occlusion.更多还原
