中等职业学校结核病健康教育干预效果评价

【摘要】 目的:对某职业学校学生结核病健康教育干预的效果进行评价。方法:采取整群随机抽样方法,抽取950名学生作为调查对象,进行干预前的问卷调查,再采用宣传册、海报、媒体等多种形式的健康教育干预后,再回答同一问卷,对干预前后的问卷结果进行分析。结果:结核病健康教育干预后,某职业学校的结核病防治认知水平有了显著提高,总体知晓率从干预前的42.59%上升到干预后的89.28%(χ2=440.180,P<0.001)。结论:学校结核病健康教育干预效果显著,能明显提高学生的结核病知识知晓率。

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the effects of tuberculous health education intervention carried out among students in a vocational school.Methods:950 students from a vocational school were selected as the investigative objects by cluster random sampling method and performed the preinterventional questionnaires.Then the same questionnaires were conducted after implementing the health education intervention by various forms including pamphlets,poster and media.The results of the questionnaires before and after health education intervention were compared and analyzed.Results:After tuberculous health education intervention,the cognition levels of prevention and treatment of tuberculosis were significantly increased.The overall cognition rate was increased from 42.59% before intervention to 89.28% after intervention(=440.180,P<0.001).Conclusion:The health education intervention for tuberculosis has remarkable effects,which could significantly increase the cognition rate of tuberculosis among students.
