【摘要】 目的:探讨脱垂子宫行阴式全子宫切除术(Total vaginal hysterectomy,TVH)并阴道前后壁修补术的临床效果。方法:对在我院施行TVH并阴道前后壁修补术32例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:患者平均手术时间(118.7±12.5)min,平均出血量(120.6±22.3)mL,平均住院(7.2±2.1)天,无泌尿系统、肠道损伤以及大出血等严重并发症发生。结论:脱垂子宫行TVH并阴道前后壁修补术安全有效、简单易行,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of total vaginal hysterectomy combined with colporrhaphia anterior-posterior repair on prolapse uterus.Methods:The clinical data in 32 patients treated by total vaginal hysterectomy combined with colporrhaphia anterior-posterior repair were analyzed retrospectively.Results:The average operation time was(118.7±12.5) min.The average volume of blood was(120.6 ± 22.3) mL.The average hospitalization time was(7.2 ± 2.1)d.There were no injury of urinary system and intestinal tract and other complication happened after the operation.Conclusion:The total vaginal hysterectomy combined with colporrhaphia anterior-posterior repair in prolapse uterus is safe,effective,simple and easy to be operated,which is worth for popularization in clinic.更多还原
