【摘要】 目的:对住院病人护理工作满意度进行调查,找出护理工作的薄弱环节,提出对策。方法:通过自制量表对本院住院病人采用问卷发放调查表及无记名形式,随机抽样的方法对住院病人进行满意度调查。结果:2009年病人满意度高于2008年,不满意项目数低于2008年同期。结论:通过各种管理方法改进及措施的实施,护理满意度明显提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the satisfaction degree of inpatients to nursing work and to find the measures to improve nursing work.Methods:The inpatients were sampled randomly and the satisfaction degrees of those patients were investigated using self-made questionnaire by secret ballot method.The numbers of items of dissatisfaction in 2008 and 2009 and the percentage of the items of satisfaction were calculated.Results:It was found that the percentage of satisfaction in 2009 was greater than that in 2008 and the number of non-satisfactian items was lower than the same period in 2008.Conclusion:Compared with 2008,the satisfaction degree of inpatients to nursing work in 2009 is greatly increased by improving nursing management and taking various measures.更多还原
