【摘要】 目的:探讨上颌麻醉注射技术在拔除上颌阻生牙中的麻醉效果及减少腭侧不良反应的有效麻醉方法。方法:选择237例需要拔除上颌阻生牙齿的患者随机分为2组,试验组124例,对照组113例,治疗时分别采用新的上颌局部麻醉方法和传统治疗方法,对麻醉效果进行分析比较。结果:试验组与对照组麻醉注射时的疼痛明显差异有显著性(P<0.05)。试验组与对照组在拔牙手术中疼痛差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:采用新的上颌局麻方法具有操作简单易行,避免腭侧注射的疼痛与创伤的特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the anesthetic effect of upper mandible anesthesia on upper mandible impacted tooth extraction and to explore the effective anesthetic method in minimizing side effects of palatine side.Methods:237 cases needing extracting upper mandible impacted tooth/teeth were randomly divided into two groups:experimental group(124 cases)and control group(113 cases).The experimental group was only anesthetized with new anesthetizing method while the control group was anesthetized with conventional anesthesia method.Anesthetic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:There was statistically significant difference in pain during anesthetics injection between the two groups(P<0.05).But there was no difference in pain during tooth/teeth extraction(P>0.05).Conclusion:Adopting the new upper mandible anesthetic method has the features:good anesthetic effect avoiding pain and hurt of anesthetizing palatine side.更多还原
