【Abstract】 Dexmedetomidine is a highly selective alpha2-adrenoceptor agonist,which possesses the characteristics such as sedation,analgesia,anti-anxiety,anti-sympathetic,hemodynamic stablity,reducing dose of anesthetic drugs without causing respiratory depression.Now it has been successfully used in the clinical practice of preanesthsia medication,auxiliary medication to general anesthesia,postoperative sedation and analgesia,and neurological surgery.This paper reviews the research advance on its pharmacology and clinical application.更多还原
