【摘要】 目的:探讨游离皮瓣手术前后护理观察与手术成功率的关系。方法:收集临床应用游离皮瓣的病例20例进行统计分析。结果:20例术后有2例感染,4例小面积坏死,1例血肿,其余恢复良好。经处理后所有病例最终均获满意疗效,总有效率100%。结论:加强游离皮瓣手术前后的护理观察可提高手术成功率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the observation and nursing measures before and after free flap operation and their relationship with nursing and operation success rates.Methods:To collect the clinical data in 20 cases of free flap operation for statistical analysis.Results:Among 20 cases,there were 2 cases of infection,4 cases of small area of necrosis,1 case of hematoma and the rest recovered well after operation.All cases finally got the satisfied effects with the effective rate of 100%.Conclusion:Strengthening the observation and nursing before and after free flap operation may improve the operation success rates.更多还原
