【摘要】 目的:探讨面罩吸入七氟醚复合布比卡因局部麻醉在小儿包皮环切术中的麻醉效果。方法:患儿80例(4～8岁)、ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级,随机分为两组,Ⅰ组七氟醚吸入联合合布比卡因局麻组,Ⅱ丙泊酚复合氯氨酮静脉麻醉组。分别记录两组麻醉手术期间血流动力学的参数、SpO2的变化、麻醉并发症、麻醉复苏时间及术后镇痛效果。结果:Ⅰ组诱导后心率、血压、SpO2基本保持稳定(P>0.05),Ⅱ组诱导后心率、血压下降较Ⅰ组明显(P<0.05)。Ⅰ组苏醒快捷、术后镇痛效果好。结论:面罩吸入七氟醚联合布比卡因局部麻醉在小儿包皮环切术中麻醉平稳、效果佳、苏醒快。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the anesthetic effect of mask inhalation of sevoflurane combined with bupivacaine local anesthesia in pediatric anesthesia of circumcision.Methods:80 children cases(4——8 years old),ASA class Ⅰor Ⅱ,were randomly divided into two groups.Group Ⅰreceived sevoflurane inhalation combined with bupivacaine and group Ⅱwas performed propofol combined with ketamine intravenous anesthesia.The hemodynamic parameters,SpO2 changes,anesthesia complications,anesthetic recovery time and postoperative analgesia were recorded during anesthesia in both two groups.Results:After induction in group Ⅰ,HR,blood pressure and SpO2 remained stable(P>0.05),while in group Ⅱ,HR and blood pressure were significantly decreased compared with group Ⅰ(P<0.05).Group Ⅰ awoke fast with good postoperative analgesia.Conclusion:Mask inhalation of sevoflurane combined with bupivacaine local anesthesia in pediatric anesthesia of circumcision is smooth with good effect and rapid recovery.更多还原
