【摘要】 目的:探讨肾穿刺术的护理措施。方法:对肾穿刺活检的200例患者系统的围术期护理临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:系统护理组出现并发症及不良反应13例,发生率为13%,明显低于常规护理组的52%(χ2=34.667,P=0.000)。结论:系统的围术期护理,可使患者的并发症得到有效的预防控制,促进恢复,从而提高肾穿刺的成功率及患者的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To summarize the nursing measures of percutaneous renal biopsy.Methods:The clinical nursing data in 200 patients receiving percutaneous renal biopsy from Jan.2006 to Jun.2008 were retrospectively analyzed.They were randomly divided into two groups: the systemic nursing group and routine nursing group.The comlication rate was studied between the two groups.Results:Complications after percutaneous renal biopsy occurred in 13 patients in systemic nursing group(13%) and in 52 patients in routine nursing group(52%).There was significant difference between them.Conclusion:Systemic nursing could control complications timely and effectively,improve quality of life after percutaneous renal biopsy.更多还原
