【摘要】 目的:了解鞍山市从业人员乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染情况。方法:对2009年鞍山市饮食服务等行业从业人员血清HBsAg、HBeAg检测资料进行分析。结果:检测各行业从业人员61 724人,其中HBsAg阳性1 961人,阳性率为3.18%;HBsAg阳性中HBeAg阳性505人,占25.75%,占检测总人数的0.82%。男性与女性的HBsAg阳性率分别为3.64%、2.93%,30～49岁、50岁以上、18～29岁人群HB-sAg阳性率分别为3.64%、3.07%、2.98%,食品加工销售、餐饮业、旅店业、商场和其他行业从业人员HBsAg阳性率分别为3.07%、2.56%、3.39%、3.80%、4.26%,其差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。HBsAg阳性者HBeAg阳性率,男性、女性分别为30.55%、22.59%(P<0.01);18～29岁、30～49岁、50岁以上分别为32.91%、12.71%、13.89%(P<0.01);食品加工销售、餐饮业、旅店业、商场、其他行业从业人员分别为22.47%、28.72%、16.19%、29.81%、26.71%(P<0.01)。结论:鞍山市部分行业从业人员血清HBsAg阳性率处于一般水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the status of HBV infection among catering service practitioners in Anshan.Methods:The data of HBsAg and HBeAg among catering service practitioners in Anshan in 2009 were analyzed.Results:61,724 persons in various professions were examined.1 961 persons were positive for HBsAg with the positive rate of 3.18%;among them,505 persons were positive for HBeAg,accounting for 25.75% and 0.82% of total examiners.The positive rate of HBsAg was 3.64% in male and 2.93% in female;3.64% in 30-49 years old,3.07% in over 50 years old and 2.98% in 18-29 years old;3.07% in food processing and sales,2.56% in restaurant service,3.39% in hotel service,3.80% in marketplace service and 4.26% in others,respectively.The difference had statistical significance(P<0.01).The positive rate of HBeAg in positive HBsAg was 30.55 % in male and 22.59% in female(P<0.01);32.91%,12.71% and 13.89% in 30-49 year old,18-29 years old and over 50 years old respectively(P<0.01);22.47% in food processing and sales,28.72% in restaurant service,16.19% in hotel service,29.81% in marketplace service and 26.71% in others(P<0.01).Conclusion:The positive rate of serum HBsAg examination is in the general level among catering service practitioners in Anshan.更多还原
