【摘要】 采用不同浓度ABT生根粉处理不同苗龄的连翘,然后进行扦插试验。结果表明:浓度为100mg/L的ABT生根粉液处理过的一年生的插穗成活率最高,生长状况最好;对于二年生的插穗,浓度为50mg/L的ABT生根粉处理过的成活率最高,100mg/L的ABT生根粉处理过的生长状况较好;一年生枝条的成活率及生长均好于二年生枝条。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,Forsythia cutting experiments have been conducted with use of ABT rooting powder in different concentrations.The result shows: a) Among the annual shoots for cutting,those treated by ABT rooting powder in concentration of 100mg/L have the highest survival rate and the best growth state.b) As to the biennial shoots for cutting,those treated by ABT rooting powder in concentration of 50mg/L have the highest survival rate,but those in best growth form are shoots treated by powder in concentration of 100mg/L.c) The annual shoots generally have a higher survival rate and growth state than the biennial shoots.更多还原
