【摘要】 目的探索鼻咽内镜下醋白反应对鼻咽上皮癌变的诊断作用。方法在鼻咽癌高发区,选择鼻咽炎47例、鼻咽炎伴上皮化生16例、鼻咽癌19例、腺样体增生6例、EB病毒感染者26例及健康志愿者107例六组人群作为研究对象,分别在鼻咽内镜下行醋白反应并收集图像用于分析。结果不同鼻咽疾病出现不同程度的醋白反应,依病理恶性程度的增加,醋白反应呈增强反应,鼻咽癌、鼻咽炎伴上皮化生及腺样体增生者或腺样体残留者,其醋白反应阳性率分别为:89.5%、93.8%、83.3%,而鼻咽炎、EB病毒感染者及健康志愿者三组人群未出现明显的醋白反应,其醋白反应阳性率分别为:38.3%、23.1%、4.7%。x~2=115.2,P<0.001。结论鼻咽内镜下醋白反应对鼻咽上皮癌变有一定的诊断价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Explore the diagnostic effectiveness to nasopharyngeal canceration of acetic acid blanching reaction under nasopharyngeal endoscope.Methods In high-incidence area of nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC),we chose the patients suffered from the nasopharyngeal diseases as study object,the patients including 47 cases of nasopharyngitis,16 cases of nasopharyngeal atypical hyperplasia,19 cases of NPC,6 cases of hyperplasia of adenoids,26 cases of EB viral infection,and 107 healthy people as volunteer were chose to contrast study.The 2%acetic acid were be used in the nasopharyngeal epithelial tissue of all patients and volunteer under nasopharyngeal endoscope respectively,and the acetic acid blanching reaction were be observed,and the image were be collected for analysis.Results In different nasopharyngeal diseases,it present different degrees of acetic acid blanching reaction,that is augmenting response according to the degree of pathological malignancy,the acetic acid blanching reaction positive rate of NPC,nasopharyngeal atypical hyperplasia and hyperplasia of adenoids is 89.5%,93.8%,83.3%respectively,but there wasn’t obviously acetic acid blanching reaction in the group of nasopharyngitis,EB viral infection and healthy volunteer,the positive rate is 38.3%,23.1%,4.7%respectively. x~2=115.2,P<0.001.Conclusions There is a certain diagnostic effectiveness to nasopharyngeal cancelation of acetic acid blanching reaction under nasopharyngeal endoscope.更多还原
