N-对氟苯甲酰基-1,3,4,6-四-O-乙酰基-2-脱氧-β-D-氨基葡萄糖的合成
Synthesis of 1,3,4,6-Tetra-O-acetyl-2-Deoxy-N-p-fluorobenzoicamido-β-D-glucopyranose
【摘要】 以D-氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐和对氟苯甲酸为原料,先将氨基葡萄糖的羟基加以保护,然后以DCC为脱水剂,合成了未见文献报道的产物N-对氟苯甲酰基-1,3,4,6-四-O-乙酰基-2-脱氧-β-D-氨基葡萄糖.探讨形成目标化合物最佳反应条件,该法反应条件温和,产率高.目标化合物结构经IR,1HNMR和13CNMR表征得以确认.
【Abstract】 1,3,4,6-Tetra-O-acetyl-2-Deoxy-N-p-fluorobenzoicamido-β-D-glucopyranose was prepared from D-glucosamine hydrochloride and p-fluorobenzoic acid by DCC,which D-glucosamine hydrochloride was protected.The factors effecting the reaction were discussed.This method has mild reaction condition and high-yielding.The structure of the product was characterized by IR,1HNMR and 13CNMR.
