新型胍离子液体的合成及在Henry反应中的应用

【摘要】 以N,N,N,’N’-四甲基胍和卤代烃为原料合成五烷基胍卤盐,再经复分解反应合成了带有不同阴离子的胍盐离子液体,并用1H NMR,13C NMR和M s对各步产物进行了表征.研究了带有不同阴离子的胍盐离子液体催化芳香醛的Henry反应性能.结果表明,N,N,N,’N’-四甲基-N"-丁基胍乙酸盐离子液体在催化带有不同取代基的芳香醛的Henry反应时活性最高.催化剂经简单的萃取分离后重复利用6次,催化活性基本保持不变.

【Abstract】 Pentaalkyl-guanidinium halide salts were synthesized from N,N,N’,N’-tetramethyl-guanidine and alkyl halide.The guanidinium-based ionic liquids with different anions were obtained by metathesis reactions of the pentaalkyl-guanidinium halide.All of the above mentioned compounds were characterized by 1H NMR,13C NMR and Ms.The catalytic performance of these guanidinium-based ILs with various anions were investigated in Henry reaction of aromatic aldehydes and nitromethane.The results showed that N,N,N’,N’-tetramethyl-N"-butylguanidinium acetate provided preferable catalytic activity in Henry reaction.At last the catalyst could be easily recovered and reused six times without significant loss of activity.
