【摘要】 目的观察金芪降糖片对糖尿病大血管并发症患者血管内皮细胞及炎症因子的影响。方法将40例2型糖尿病合并大血管并发症患者随机分为2组。对照组20例,采用西药常规治疗;中药组20例,在西药常规治疗基础上加金芪降糖片8片,每日3次。治疗周期3个月。观察治疗前后患者空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、血脂、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、内皮素-1(ET-1)、细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、P-选择素水平。结果 2组治疗后FBG、2 h PG、HbA1c均明显下降(P<0.05),组间HbA1c差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中药组治疗后三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇明显下降,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇明显上升,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中药组治疗后ET-1、ICAM-1、TNF-α、P-选择素水平明显下降,较对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论金芪降糖片具有显著的降糖作用,改善糖尿病的脂代谢紊乱,可以减轻血管内皮细胞的损伤和抑制炎症因子水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the protection effect of Chinese traditional medicine on the vascular endothelial cells and inflammatory factors in diabetes mellitus(DM) with macrovascular complications patients.Methods Forty patients of type 2 DM with macrovascular complications was randomly divided into two groups:control group,twenty patients with conventional treatment;treatment group,twenty with conventional medicine and Jinqi Jiangtangpian,3 tablets,3 times a day.The treatment cycle was 3 months.Before and after the treatment,the level of fasting plasm glucose(FBG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 h PG),hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c),TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,ET-1,ICAM-1,tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α),P-selectin of all patients were observed.Results After 3 months’ treatment in clinical study,BG,2 h PG,HbAlc level was significantly decreased in two groups(P<0.05),treatment group was decreased more than control group(P<0.05).The level of LDL-C and TG in treatment group was apparently decreased,and had significant difference with control group(P<0.05).The increase of HDL-C in treatment group also had significant difference with control group(P<0.01).The level of ET-1,ICAM-1,TNF-α and P-selectin was decreased after treatment in treatment group,and had significant difference with control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Jinqi Jiangtangpian has obvious glucose-lowering effect.It can improve the disorder of lipid metabolism,alleviated the injury of vascular endothelial cells and inhibit the level of inflammatory factors.更多还原
