【摘要】 目的观察苦参素注射液足三里穴位注射对慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化患者肝功能的影响。方法选择符合诊断标准的慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化患者72例,随机分为苦参素穴位注射组(治疗组)和复方鳖甲软肝片组(对照组)各36例。2组患者均给予基本保肝治疗:维生素C 100 mg,每日3次;肌苷400 mg,每日3次。治疗组予苦参素注射液足三里穴位注射,每穴1 mL,每周3次;对照组予复方鳖甲软肝片,每次200 mg,每日3次。2组均以3个月为1个疗程。观察2组患者中医症状及肝功能改善情况。结果共有72例患者入选,69例患者按要求完成治疗。治疗3个月后,治疗组总有效率为88.57%(31/35),显著高于对照组的70.59%(24/34),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组能显著改善患者症状,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组能显著改善患者肝功能,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论苦参素注射液足三里穴位注射对慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化具有改善肝功能、减轻肝脏炎症的作用,可减轻或延缓肝纤维化的进展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of injecting Matrine Injection at Zusanli point on liver function of patients with liver fibrosis caused by chronic hepatitis B.Method Seventy-two cases of patients with liver fibrosis in chronic hepatitis B,according with the diagnostic criteria,were randomly divided into matrine point injection group(treatment group)and Fufang Biejia Ruangan tablets group(control group),36 cases in each group.All patients in two groups were given basic treatment of protecting liver:vitamin C,100 mg every time,3 times a day;inosine,400 mg every time,3 times a day. In addition,patients in treatment group were injected Matrine Injection at every Zusanli point,1 mL every time,three times a week.Patients in control group were administrated Fufang Biejia Ruangan tablets,200 mg every time,3 times a day.The period of treatment was 3 months.The change of TCM symptoms and liver function in all patients of the two groups were observed and detected.Results A total of 72 patients were selected.Among them,69 patients completed the course of treatment.After treatment of 3 months,the total effectiveness of treatment group,88.57%,was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The symptoms and liver function of patients in treatment group were significantly improved.Compared with the controls,the difference was significant(P<0.01).
