【摘要】 目的通过对市直县级以上干部的健康体检,了解本地区干部代谢综合征(MS)及其相关疾病的患病情况。方法选取2010年1～12月在安阳市人民医院体检中心接受健康体检的市直县级以上干部1 602例为研究对象,分析MS及其相关疾病发病率与性别、年龄的关系。结果 1 602例中高血糖、高血压、超重或肥胖、高脂血症和MS的患病率分别为16.54%、22.47%、31.46%、33.71%和18.16%。男性患病率明显高于女性(P<0.01)。MS及其相关疾病随年龄的增长而增高(P<0.01)。具有1种代谢异常(高血糖、高血压、高脂血症)者321例(20.04%);2种代谢异常(高脂血症+高血压、高脂血症+高血糖、高血糖+高血压)者366例(22.85%);3种代谢异常(MS)291例(18.16%)。结论 MS及其相关疾病的患病率较高,尤其与性别、年龄关系密切。高风险人群应定期体检,做到早干预、早预防、早治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the metabolic syndrome(MS) and its related diseases in the managers above the county level by healthy examination.Methods One thousand six hundred and two managers above the county level underwent the healthy examination in Anyang people′s hospital physical examination center from January to December 2010 were chosen,the relationship of MS and its related diseases with gender and age were analyzed.Results In 1 602 cases,the prevalence of hyperglycaemia,hypertension,overweight or obesity,hyperlipemia and MS were 16.54%,22.47%,31.46%,33.71% and 18.16%,respectively.The prevalence in male was obviously higher than that in female(P<0.01).The prevalence of MS and its related diseases were increased with the increase of age(P<0.01).Single abnormal metabolism(hyperglycaemia,hypertension or hyperlipemia) appeared in 321 cases(20.04%),two abnormal metabolism(hyperglycaemia+ hypertension,hyperglycaemia+ hyperlipemia,hypertension+ hyperlipemia) appeared in 366 cases(22.85%),three abnormal metabolism(MS) appeared in 291 cases(18.16%).Conclusion The prevalence of MS and its related diseases are high,especially closely related with the age and gender,high risk people should be regular physical examined for early intervention,prevention and treatment.更多还原
