集对云决策方法的研究

【摘要】 借鉴云模型和集对分析的核心研究思想,提出一种用于自然语言评价的多属性决策方法-集对云决策方法,主要工作如下:首先,针对多属性群决策的属性评估集和等级评估集设计了等级描述云和等级评价云;然后,在此基础上设计了云归一化算法实现了一个属性多个专家值的融合;最后,设计了集对评估算法,将多个属性值评价等级从同一、对立、不确定三个角度进行系统化描述,进而得各评估方案的可行性系统描述方程,通过图示比较分析获知可行性最佳方案.最终,通过能源方案评估应用证明了该方法的简单性和可行性,以及权衡语言评价信息的有效性.

【Abstract】 The paper uses cloud model and SPA,and proposes a natural language-based multi-attribute decision method: set pair cloud decision,for short SPCD.It includes mainly several parts as follows.First,the described rank cloud and the evaluated rank cloud respectively are presented to measure attribute rank and rank certainty degree.On the basis,cloud normalizing algorithm is presented to fuse several values of an attribute given by experts.Then,set pair evaluation algorithm is presented to describe by the numbers all attribute values from three angles: identic,opposite,uncertain,and its result is the systemic equation of every evaluation project feasibility,and then the most desirable alternative is selected according to their described chart with comparison and analysis.Both of Cloud model and SPA can express the relationship between randomness and fuzziness,so the SPCD method is more effective to measure linguistic assessment information.Finally,simplicity and feasibility of the method are showed with evaluation of energy development project.
