电喷汽油机燃用微乳化E10含水乙醇汽油的试验研究
Investigation of Using Micro-Emulsification E10 Hydrous Ethanol-Gasoline in Electronic Control SI Engine
【摘要】 应用微乳化理论研制E10含水乙醇汽油乳化剂,在电喷发动机上进行燃用E10含水乙醇汽油对发动机动力性、经济性和排放性的影响试验研究。试验结果表明:基于HLB值理论配制的SPY乳化剂能较好地解决E10含水乙醇汽油的稳定性问题;发动机燃用E10含水乙醇汽油后,动力性略有降低,有效燃油消耗率略有升高,能源消耗率降低;怠速排放的CO、HC、NOx均下降,NOx下降幅度达到65%;多工况排放的CO、HC在低负荷略有降低,中高负荷时明显降低,CO降低9%~17%,HC降低4%~9%;NOx在中小负荷时降低12%左右,大负荷时改变不明显。
【Abstract】 Emulsifier of E10 hydrous ethanol gasoline was developed based on micro-emulsion theory;the impact of E10 hydrous fuel on engine power,economy and emissions of electronically controlled SI engine was experimentally investigated.The results showed that: Emulsifier made on the base of HLB value theory can solve the stability problems of E10 fuel;When fueled with hydrous micro-emulsion E10 ethanol gasoline,engine power was reduced slightly,fuel consumption rate increased slightly,energy consumption was reduced;Emissions at idle speed were improved significantly,CO,HC,NOx emissions decreased,NOx decreased the most significantly by 65%.According to various conditions emissions,CO,HC emissions decreased slightly under small load,decreased significantly in large load,CO decreased by 9%~17%,HC 4%~9%;NOx decreased by about 12% in the small load,and didn’t obviously change in large load.
