基于表面活性平台的温拌环氧沥青混凝土性能研究
The performance of warm mixed asphalt concrete based on surface activity platform
【摘要】 采用环氧树脂对温拌沥青改性,通过对其进行针入度、延度、软化点等方面的试验以及沥青混合料改性前后的性能对比研究,获得了环氧树脂改性的最佳掺量;采用变温击实法确定温拌环氧沥青施工温度,以4%为目标空隙率,确定温拌环氧沥青混合料碾压温度为142℃;环氧树脂的加入极大地提高了温拌沥青混合料的路用性能,动稳定度成倍提高。
【Abstract】 Warm mixed asphalt is modified by epoxy resin.Best content of modified epoxy resin is obtained by penetration,ductility,softening point and other tests and comparative study of the properties of asphalt before and after modification.The constructing temperature of warm mixed epoxy resin-modified asphalt is determined by temperature compaction method.Taking 4% as the target void ratio,the rolling temperature of the warm mixed asphalt is 142 ℃;the adoption of epoxy resin greatly improves the road performance of the warm mixed asphalt,and the dynamic stability doubles.
