对“十二五”期间辽宁科技发展的建议
The suggestion for science and technology development of Liaoning Province during "12th Five-year"
【摘要】 本文在对辽宁省"十一五"科技发展现状和"十二五"科技发展面临的形势进行简要分析后,提出"十二五"时期辽宁科技发展的四个任务建议。
【Abstract】 In this paper,we review current situation and new situation of Liaoning science and technology.And on the basis of these valuable aspects,the paper gives suggestions on preparation of Liaoning "12th five-year" science and technology development.
