周期导电壁的电磁泄漏
Electromagnetic leakage through periodic conductive wall
【摘要】 基于Maxwell方程和Floquet模式函数分析计算了TE入射波与周期导电壁的电磁相互作用,获得了各次Floquet模式透射系数代表的电磁泄漏。结果表明:当周期和波长接近时,电磁波与周期导电壁之间的相互作用最强;导体有限的电导率和非零的壁厚对周期导电壁工作特性的影响也是不可忽略的。所获得的结果是进一步分析各类具有周期导电壁的结构和器件的基础。
【Abstract】 Based on Maxwell’s equations and Floquet mode functions the electromagnetic interaction between TE incident wave and periodic conductive wall is analyzed and calculated. The electromagnetic leakage represented by the transmission coefficients of different orders of Floquet modes is obtained. The results show that the interaction between electromagnetic wave and periodic conductive wall is the strongest when the period is closed to the wavelength, and the impacts of the finite conductivity and the non-zero thickness of the wall are not be able to negligible. The results obtained are fundamental for analyzing the structures and devices with periodic conductive walls.
