WSNs中基于SPSA的数据包长优化算法
SPSA Based Packet Size Optimization Algorithm in Wireless Sensor Networks
【摘要】 在无线传感器网络数据汇聚过程中节点选取的通信数据包大小会直接影响其能耗效率,因此优化选择数据包长使节点的能耗效率达到最大(即利用有限能量传输尽可能多的有用信息)是一个关键问题。该文首先构造了通信能效模型以反映节点的能耗效率与数据包长、无线发送/接收部件、通信协议以及通信信道之间的关系,然后引入SPSA理论构建了三种通信模式下数据包长优化算法,最后从理论上论证了算法的性能,并在仿真实验中结合数值分析的方法验证了基于SPSA的数据包长优化算法的精度和有效性。
【Abstract】 During the data aggregation in wireless sensor networks, the size of transmitted data packet is an important parameter which will influence the energy consumption efficiency(ECE) of the sensor directly. Therefore, it is a key topic to optimize the size of data packet so as to maximize ECE. In this paper, an ECE model is set up to construct the relationship between ECE and the size of data packet, wireless transmitter/receiver, communication protocols and communication channel. Then a Simultaneous Perturbation Stochastic Approximation(SPSA) theory based packet size optimization algorithm is proposed in three communication models, and the performance of algorithm is proved. Finally, we demonstrate the precision and validity of the algorithm by combining with the method of value analysis in extensive simulation experiments.
