基于结合面特性及大型工件效应的超重型卧式镗车床整机动态特性分析
Based on the theories of interface characteristics and the coupling effect of large parts of the super-heavy-duty horizontal boring lathe machine dynamic analysis
【摘要】 提出了超重型卧式镗车床结合面的有限元建模方法,对整机及关键部件进行动态性能分析,并进行了试验验证。考虑到大型工件本身对整机动态特性的影响,对比分析了考虑大型工件效应的整机动态特性。为机床的结构设计及优化机床的加工工艺提供了理论支持。
【Abstract】 Proposed an interface finite element modeling for super-heavy-duty horizontal boring lathe,and dynamic analysis for the machine and its key parts was completed,and was proved by test results.Taking into account the influence of the large parts and itself dynamic characteristic,the comparative analysis of effects of large parts for the whole dynamic characteristics was performed.It was help for the theoretical support of design optimization and process promotion.
