应用振动钻削加工缝合针带线孔
Application of vibration drilling on the hole with line processing of suture needle
【摘要】 针对医用带线缝合针带线孔的加工难点,采用振动钻削,并研究设计了一种轴向振动钻削装置。试验结果表明,所设计的装置可以明显改善医用带线缝合针带线孔的加工质量,提高合格率。
【Abstract】 For the difficulty of the hole with line processing of medical suture needle,use new theory of the vibration drilling,research and design a equipment of axial vibration drilling,the experiment result shows the new equipment improve the defects of the hole with line processing such as low drill bit rigidity,apt to break down,low processing quality.
