【Abstract】 In network-based manufacturing,an enterprise alliance has such characteristics as:information,integration,globalization and variation.These characteristics put forward new requests for the conventional quality control technology.In order to explore the new quality control technology in machining process for enterprise alliance based on Prognostics and Health Management(PHM),brings forward a sort of system and implementing plan.The architecture is composed of equipment layer,distributing information disposal layer,network truss layer and decision-making layer.The fault diagnosis method based on Fuzzy Expert System(FES) and Fuzzy Neural Network(FNN) is also presented.更多还原
