特种工程塑料轴承座孔金属套的设计与分析
The design and analyse of the special engineering plastic metal sheath based on the bearing seat hole
【摘要】 针对特种工程塑料在零件成型过程中收缩率大、机械加工性能不高的特点,采用在注塑模具中镶嵌由钢或者铸铁制成的金属套的办法,来获得轴承座孔的安装结构,然后经过机械加工获得高精度的轴承座孔,使其尺寸精度、位置精度、表面粗糙度等指标能够满足轴承安装和工作的需要,并根据机械加工过程和零件的工作环境推导出金属套设计计算的相关公式,为推广工程塑料在更复杂机械结构中的应用提供技术支持。
【Abstract】 Aim at the big contract rate and the bad machine cutting process performance of the special engineering plastic,to attain high precision bearing seat hole adopt the means that inlay the metal sheath in plastic mould,and put up machine cutting process,the size precision,location precision,the surface roughness limit and so on,those precision index can meet fit bearing and working,then set up the structure correlation count formula based on the bearing seat hole and the part work environment,for extending that the special engineering plastic apply to the more complex machine structure,supply the technique sustain
