【摘要】 目的:观察马来酸桂哌齐特注射液治疗非ST段抬高型心肌梗死(NSTEMI)患者的临床疗效。方法:90例NSTEMI患者被随机均分为3组:常规治疗组(接受常规治疗)、极化液组(常规治疗+极化液)、桂哌齐特治疗组(常规治疗+桂哌齐特),分别测定3组治疗前、后生化指标,心电图,过氧化物歧化酶(SOD),丙二醛(MDA),血小板聚集率,左室射血分数(LVEF)及E峰/A峰比值变化。结果:与常规治疗组及极化液组治疗后比较,桂哌齐特治疗组治疗后SOD[(97.4±8.8)μU/L,(99.2±9.4)μU/L比(105.8±9.2)μU/L]水平明显升高,MDA[(6.2±1.5)μmol/L,(6.0±1.3)μmol/L比(4.3±0.8)μmol/L]水平,血小板聚集率[(47.5±24.1)%,(45.1±23.2)%比(39.8±23.9)%]显著降低(P<0.05～<0.01),常规治疗组与极化液治疗组间无明显差异;桂哌齐特组的临床症状及心电图ST段改变较常规治疗组和极化液组明显好转,左室舒张早期充盈速度增加,舒张功能提高。结论:马来酸桂哌齐特注射液能抑制血小板聚集,抗氧化,增加心肌血供,改善非ST段抬高心肌梗死患者心功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of cinepazide maleate injection on patients with non-ST segment elevation myocardial infarction(NSTEMI).Methods:A total of 90 NSTEMI patients were randomly divided into three groups:routine treatment group(received routine treatment),glucose-insulin-potassium(GIK) group(received routine treatment + GIK) and cinepazide treatment group(received routine treatment+cinepazide).Changes of biochemical indicators,electrocardiogram(ECG),levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and malondialdehyde(MDA),platelet aggregation rate,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) and E peak to A peak ratio(E/A) were measured before and after treatment in the three groups.Results:Compared with routine treatment group and GIK group,after treatment,level of SOD [(97.4±8.8) μU/L,(99.2±9.4) μU/L vs.(105.8±9.2) μU/L] significantly increased,levels of MDA [(6.2±1.5) μmol/L,(6.0±1.3) μmol/L vs.(4.3±0.8) μmol/L] and platelet aggregation rate [(47.5±24.1)%,(45.1±23.2)% vs.(39.8±23.9)%] significantly decreased in cinepazide treatment group(P<0.05～<0.01),and there were no significant difference between routine treatment group and GIK group;Clinical symptoms,ST segment change in ECG significantly improved and left ventricular early-diastolic filling velocity significantly increased in cinepazide treatment group compared with those of routine treatment group and GIK group.Conclusion:Cinepazide maleate injection could inhibit platelet aggregation,antioxidant,increase blood supply in myocardium and improve cardiac function of patients with non-ST segment elevation myocardial infarction.更多还原
