【摘要】 近些年来研究资料表明,冠状动脉迂曲不单是一种良性病变,其所致血流动力学紊乱可导致心绞痛、心律失常、心肌顿抑。目前国内冠状动脉迂曲的造影检出率偏低,而且临床症状极易与冠心病混淆,治疗方案与冠心病又不同,故目前冠状动脉迂曲的诊断越来越引起广大介入医生的重视。现简要介绍冠状动脉迂曲的概念,并就其基础研究、临床治疗的相关研究进展进行综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Research has shown that while coronary tortuosity is a benign anomaly,it may lead to complications like angina pectoris,arrhythmia,or myocardial stunning.This anomaly is usually encountered when a cardiologist performs a coronary angiography.The incidence of coronary tortuosity by angiography is low.This article briefly introduces new guidelines for identifying occurrences of coronary tortuosity and reviews advancements in research and clinical therapy for coronary tortuosity.更多还原
