猪缺血再灌注损伤无复流心肌中β3整合素的表达

【摘要】 <正>对于急性心肌梗死,急诊PCI治疗能迅速使闭塞的冠状动脉再通,恢复心肌再灌注从而挽救缺血心肌,改善患者近期与远期预后。然而急性心肌梗死急诊再灌注治疗可并发无复流现象,导致心肌严重缺血,后果严重甚至危及患者生命。对于其机制目前有许多解释,但尚无统一共识。本文用心导管技术将成年香猪建成缺血再灌注损伤无复流心肌模型,观察β3整合素在无复流心肌中的表达,进一步阐释再灌注无复流心肌形成的病理机制。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the expression of β3 integrin in ischemic reperfusion injury noreflow swine myocardium.Methods The study included 3 groups of swine: control group(No=6),ischemic reperfusion injury group(No=6) and ischemic reperfusion injury noreflow group(No=6).The swine model of ischemic reperfusion injury noreflow was established through cardiac catheter technique injecting thrombus into the coronary artery to form noreflow.β3 integrin in swine myocardium of above 3 groups was detected by immunohistochemistry technique.Results The β3 integrin expression in left ventricular anterior wall and left ventricular apex in ischemic reperfusion injury group and ischemi reperfusion noreflow group was stronger than that in control group(P<0.05).The β3 integrin expression in right ventricular myocardium in ischemic reperfusion injury noreflow group was stronger than that in control group.The β3 integrin expression in ischemic reperfusion injury noreflow group was stronger than that in ischemic reperfusion injury group(P<0.05).Conclusions theβ3 integrin expression in swine myocardium of ischemic reperfusion injury noreflow group is obviously stronger.
